Job Description

Award winning independent MEP Building Services & Sustainability Consultants with several UK offices handling high profile projects across the UK & Europe seek to grow their Central London team by the appointment of a Principal Mechanical Engineer

Role:

  • Full HVAC/ Mechanical Services design, including as lead engineer on projects where appropriate
  • Leadership & co-ordination of mechanical aspects of multidisciplinary projects
  • Assisting in the management & development of a small mechanical design team
  • Production of specifications
  • Liaison with clients, architects, contractors etc
  • Contributing to the general development of the location & business as a senior staff member

Job Requirements:

  • Degree qualified (preferably) in Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering
  • Comprehensive knowledge & technical ability for all aspects of HVAC Building Services Engineering
  • Project experience gained across a variety of sectors
  • Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to forge effective relationships with clients, contractors, architects & other parties
  • Computer literate in relevant engineering software (Revit, Hevacomp etc)
