Job Description

Expanding Manchester MEP Building Services Consultants seek to strengthen their team by the appointment of a Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer at senior level, who is keen to progress their career further working on major projects for high profile Architects, Developers & End Users

Role:

Joining a highly qualified & experienced professional team, you responsibilities as Senior Engineer will include:

  • HVAC/ Mechanical Services design on projects from concept to completion
  • Production of design specifications
  • Surveying & reporting on existing installations
  • Contributing to/ leading design team meetings
  • Contractor supervision
  • Maintenance of project administration
  • Supporting the business in general client development & the winning of new work
  • Promotion of technical excellence within the team & assisting in the development of Junior & Graduate Engineers

Job Requirements:

  • BEng/ MEng/ MSc Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering ideal though not essential if sufficient relevant experience
  • Fully competent in all aspects of design of HVAC Building Services, from either an M&E Consultancy or D&B Contractor background
  • Able to demonstrate project experience covering a broad range of sectors
  • Eager to acquire further responsibilities/ skills and progress your career to management level within the business
