Award winning MEP Consulting Engineers, currently working on a range of high profile schemes across the UK, seek to strengthen their busy Cardiff office by the appointment of an additional Senior HVAC Design Engineer


Playing a key role on projects across the public & private sectors ranging from £1M to £15M+ M&E Building Services value, your responsibilities will include:

  • Production of design specifications
  • Full HVAC/ Mechanical Services design on projects from concept to completion
  • Management of junior engineers & CAD/ Revit resource
  • Surveying & reporting on existing installations
  • Leading design team meetings
  • Contractor supervision
  • Maintenance of project administration
  • Supporting the business in general client development & the winning of new work
  • Promotion of technical excellence within the team
  • Assisting in the development of junior & graduate engineers

Job Requirements:

  • BEng/ MEng/ MSc Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering
  • Fully capable in all aspects of design of HVAC Building Services, to UK standards, from either an M&E Consultancy or D&B Contractor background
  • Able to demonstrate project experience covering a broad range of sectors, ideally including healthcare developments
  • Focused on the delivery of innovative, sustainable & cost effective design solutions
  • Eager to acquire further responsibilities/ skills and further progress your career
